Terms & Conditions

For the services contracted, one month of maids's salary as a Registration/Service Charge should be made to hold the booking on confirmed with the requirement form, Agency Agreement and the Payments should be made on date of the housemaids joined.

The contract between Teesta Manpower Consultancy & our respected clients for maids service will be for 12 months(1year) only, agreement has to be renewed for the next year or you may renewed for more than 1 year to avail discounts.

Registration/Service charges will not be refunded in any circumstances if housemaids or any candidates placed.

Teesta Manpower Consultancy has the rights to cancel the contract without giving any clarifications if undisciplined behavior, false statement and wrongful dealing found, and we are not responsible for any miss behavior or any illegal cause between candidates and clients.

Once the maids, cooks, governess, driver or any other candidates has worked for his employer then the employer has to pay agreed salary for the number of days worked without any excuse otherwise police complaint can be lodged for such nonpayment.

If any housemaids leaves his/her jobs with own reason, another candidates or replacement will be given by Teesta Manpower Consultancy within 15 days.

If client wants maid replacement or any other candidates then employer will have to inform us before 10 to 15 days.

Registration & Renewal Charges

Once requirement received we sent housemaids or any candidates to client’s place for the interview and checking, Candidate’s Documents (Photos, IDs Prof and Address Prof) and agency agreement will be produce when candidates selected.

One month of candidate's salary will be applicable and needs to be paid by customers as registration fees.

After One year (12 Months) completed, renewal charge 75% of the candidate’s salary has to be paid for continues service in which the client has to pay.

If any employer fails to make renewal charge within due date then service from Teesta Manpower Consultancy will be withdrawn.

If you need any of our services after non registration then fresh registration charge will be applicable.

Health & Safety, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

If Housemaids Female, Cooks Male, Veg & Non-veg Cook, 24 Hrs Drivers, Governess, Aayas, Caretaker, Part time Housemaids, Baby Care, Housemaids Fulltime, Caretaker for pets, Old-aged Care, Patient Care, Hotel Staff, Housekeepers and office staffs or any candidate leaves the Client’s work or organization for his/her own reasons within a period of 1 year (12 months) of his/her joining, The Teesta Manpower Consultancy will provide Free Replacements within 15 days.

Make sure that there are no trial basis housemaids or any candidate will be provided in case of replacement. If trial required then 50% of the maids or any candidate’s one month salary has to be paid by the clients.

All types of monetary claims related with the cancellation, if service contract is cancelled by clients within 15 days after paying the service charge due to any reason, 50% amount from service charge will be deducted only.

Health & Safety

The Teesta Manpower Consultancy will not be responsible for any risk regarding an accident meet with the housemaids or any candidates during the jobs period/employment.

A claim regarding loss of property, the Teesta Manpower Consultancy is not going to bear any responsible for any kind of theft or Loss of property done by housemaids or any employee in his/her work place during work time.

If the housemaids, cooks or any other employee leaves the client’s residence without prior information or permission then employer is bound to inform the police and Teesta Manpower Consultancy immediately.

Employers can not send housemaids, cooks, aayas, governess or any employees out of the house or office without informing Teesta Manpower Consultancy for maids’ misbehavior found.

If advance payments or any Amount asked by any candidates for Teesta Manpower Consultancy then respected clients should inform us.

If housemaids or any candidates suffer from any health problem then the client has to pay for preliminary treatment. However, in case of any major illness, Teesta Manpower Consultancy shall help the client to send to worker back home, In case of an accident meet, injury found to the maids during working for the client then the client shall pay entire cost of treatment.

Teesta Manpower Consultancy check the candidate background, documents & references based on candidate’s communication and details provided. If any medical unfit found or candidate misbehavior found then our company is not responsible for any cause.
